But it actually enables you to focus on a specific thought thread and filters the chatter
In daily life, bullshit chatter thoughts are everywhere, distractions, impulses, urges, random thoughts
If you're just trying to think through something in your head it's very precarious
Mindstate is weaving threads and if you have a tenuous grasp you could lose it all if you lose focus
