Finding reasons to try
Each day is a blank slate: you wake up and have to find reasons to try all over again.
This is the "why" of Figuring out what to do.
Even if you've established durable, primary reasons to try, sometimes you wake up with Brain Fog you can't see through.
If you don't have motivation in hand, how do you create it? (Find it, rederive it, materialize it)
- Document your reasons, refer to later
- Rederive from first principles ("I know A and B are important to me, which makes the most imporant things to do right now X and Y")
