Default state
You have a baseline state.
A combination of health, attitudes, inclinations, experiences, behaviors, etc.
This is your starting point, the version of yourself you more or less wake up as (with variance depending on context, mindbody, chaos).
Your default state changes, of course, as you do, but still exists. You can develop and keep a sense of it (you do this in many ways automatically).
Awareness of your default state helps you with Self-observation, recognizing when something is out of balance.
