4 rules of complexity

Everything happens at local level , no overseer
there’s a low level randomness in the system, just enough
Need a minimum number of units, more units and interactions is more complexity
Homeostasis is made possibly by negative feedback loops predominating over positive feedback loops (negative is not bad!)
